Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead product development initiatives in precision manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for handling the entire product lifecyclefrom concept, design, and tooling to costing, quotation, production, and delivery. The role demands strong expertise in customer communication, project management, and precision machining processes (CNC, VMC, EDM, tooling).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Prepare costing & quotations for customer requirements.
• Handle machine tooling, prototyping, and validation.
• Collaborate with clients for technical & commercial discussions.
• Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
