The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in engineering principles, design, and project management, along with a passion for creating cutting- edge solutions.The Ideal candidate shall be in his early 40's and should have -
Bachelor's degree Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Up to 5 - 7 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
Proficiency in CAD software ( Solid Works, Auto CAD etc.) for design and drafting.
Conceptualize, design, and develop new hand tool products that meet industry standards, changes and customer expectations .
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, components, and technologies.
Oversee prototype testing, validation, and refinement to ensure product quality and safety.
