Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Highly skilled in WAN engineering. Would suit an engineer from an ISP/Carrier background
  • Experience in producing engineering designs and patterns from architects blueprints. Requires design to be documented and certified in the lab.
  • This is a complex role as all designs are then automated by another team. So engineer must be able to define and document network configuration variable logic so that a nonnetwork engineer can codify
  • May also build automated test cases into Robot framework no previous experience required.

Skill Sets

  • CCIE level WAN engineer/architect (does not require the certification)
  • MPLS/Segment Routing skills (carrier and/or service provider background
  • Cisco ASR990, NCS 57B1, IXIA, Cisco Modelling Labs (CML), QoS
  • Network design/development experience
  • Network lab testing experience
  • Test Hardware and Software components utilizing in-house LAB
  • python & Robot beneficial
