Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
7 years of experience in Network Operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with security products and technologies, wireless networking, or LAN switching technologies.
Experience with network management tools and technologies.
Excellent technical leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive network operations strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stay up-to-date on network designs and technologies. Lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with partner teams on New Product Introductions (NPI) programs to ensure Operations readiness.
Improve network efficiency and effectiveness through investing in process and automation.
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Identify chronic issues and take proactive actions to mitigate the impact.
