Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize 4G LTE and 5G NR networks to improve coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
• Conduct drive tests, data analysis, and performance tuning using various tools and software.
• Identify network bottlenecks and performance issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with RF planning, RAN, and Core Network teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of network performance metrics and optimization results.
• Perform root cause analysis for network faults and service degradations, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Implement SON (Self Organizing Network) features and other automation techniques to enhance network efficiency.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in 4G/5G technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
