Job Description

Network administration troubleshooting Network, Security devices and issues across:

  • Act as SME for service, Troubleshoot, Monitor, maintenance (inc. patching upgrades) suggest implement service improvements across Network technologies Network maintenance activities for Wifi (Meraki), Switching (Cisco Meraki), Edge Security (PaloAlto Panorama)
  • Setting up Managing IPSec tunnels
  • Experience in cloud platform (AWS )
  • Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
  • Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
  • Designing Deployment of Cloud network security services
  • Must have experience in handling and resolving issues within defined SLA
  • Proven knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices good understanding of Change process
  • High degree of flexibility and willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts and on-call.
  • Effective communication skills. Should be able to deal with users from across the regions
  • Serve as Tier 3 support resource (IT Escalation). On Call Rotation.
