Education andExperience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8 to 10 years of overall ERP experience in NetSuite ERP
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in NetSuite Implementation projects, Support and Maintenance projects
  • Minimum 4 cycles of end-to-end NetSuite project implementation experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing NetSuite Projects as a Project Manager
  • Implemented the Projects in Suite Success methodology.
  • Experience in Solutioning, Implementation, customization, development, testing and Administration activities.
  • Experience in implementing P2P, O2C, CRM, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Billing and Financemodules.
  • Experience in Integrations- NetSuite to Salesforce, Oracle, and other Third-Party Integrations.
  • Work closely with technical team, Project management team and different stake holders.
  • Experience in working with technical consultant to scope out the business requirements and provide the technical design.
  • Helping the Technical team while creating the technical design documents.
  • Work extensively with business on NetSuite modules including new implementations, enhancements, and integrations, go live and support.
  • Understand Business requirements and perform Gap Analysis
  • Develop comprehensive functional design documents, test scenarios, and training materials to facilitate smooth implementation, migration, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design migration strategies, map data, and oversee data cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to design Integration strategies and design.
  • Conduct training sessions for finance teams and users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud applications.
  • Provide post-implementation support, analyze and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Should have good communication skills and documentation skills (MS project, Visio, word, excel)
Project Management Experience:
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Excellent client-facing and client communication skills
  • Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Lead and manage project status meetings with project teams as well as actively holding follow-up meetings with individuals, as needed
  • Track and measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Create, maintain and organize project related documentation
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
