 Job Description – Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React / Azure)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, Azure) who can take complete ownership of technical solutions, work independently with minimal supervision, and lead complex engineering initiatives across multiple business and technology domains.

This role requires a strong hands-on engineer who can contribute strategically and technically, make architecture and design decisions, drive modernization efforts, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications, strong Azure knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within both modern and legacy technology landscapes.

This position will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and modernizing a large-scale business-critical platform hosted in Azure, consisting of a modular monolithic architecture, multiple business modules, external integrations, security-sensitive workflows, and PCI/SOC2 compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Ownership

•                   Take end-to-end ownership of features, modules, and technical solutions.

•                   Independently analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.

•                   Make sound architectural and technical decisions with minimal supervision.

•                   Lead technical discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and solution planning sessions.

•                   Drive continuous improvement initiatives across architecture, performance, security, reliability, and developer productivity.

•                   Act as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level engineers.

•                   Proactively identify technical debt and create modernization roadmaps.

Full Stack Development

•                   Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies and React.

•                   Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable React-based front-end applications.

•                   Develop secure and scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and business workflows.

•                   Create high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

•                   Support both legacy and modern application components during transformation initiatives.

•                   Participate in code refactoring and platform modernization efforts.

Solution Architecture

•                   Design scalable application components and integration patterns.

•                   Understand trade-offs between monolithic, modular monolithic, and microservices architectures.

•                   Contribute to system decomposition, modularization, and modernization strategies.

•                   Work on large enterprise applications containing multiple business modules and external integrations.

•                   Ensure maintainability, extensibility, and performance of the platform.

Azure & Cloud Engineering

•                   Design and support Azure-based application deployments.

•                   Support vulnerability remediation and security reviews.

•                   Ensure secure handling of credentials, secrets, and sensitive customer data.

•                   Collaborate with security teams during audits and assessments.

DevOps Collaboration

•                   Work closely with DevOps engineers on CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

•                   Participate in build and release pipeline design and improvements.

•                   Understand YAML-based pipelines and deployment workflows.

•                   Support release planning and production deployments.

•                   Troubleshoot deployment issues across environments.

•                   Contribute to monitoring, observability, logging, and operational support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•                   Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, and external vendors.

•                   Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•                   Facilitate technical discussions and architecture reviews.

•                   Drive alignment across multiple business and technology teams.

•                   Work effectively in globally distributed teams.
