About Position:
We are seeking an experienced .Net Developer with 10-12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, Microservices, Cloud Platforms, Messaging Technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies. This role requires technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, team mentoring, and ownership of end-to-end software delivery across complex distributed systems.

What You'll Do:
- Execute the development pipeline and deliver software products through QA and Production environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to decompose user stories, design solutions, and prioritize development activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using modern .NET technologies.
- Utilize automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure high software quality.
- Support integration initiatives across multiple applications, services, and subsystems.
- Work closely with Release Managers to assemble releases and enhance release management processes.
- Identify technical risks proactively and establish effective mitigation strategies.
- Design, prototype, validate, and implement business application solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Resolve production incidents and service requests within defined SLA commitments.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy and release new features.
- Continuously improve application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Drive engineering best practices, architecture governance, and coding standards across projects.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of software development experience building enterprise server-side applications using Microsoft technologies.
- 6+ years of team leadership experience and 3+ years as a Technical Lead in Agile Scrum environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Web API, and Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft development technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), SOA, Design Patterns, UML, application development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and managing RESTful and SOAP-based Web Services.
- Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, and transaction processing systems.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing frameworks, defect management tools, web servers, and application servers.
- Strong development expertise in the latest versions of .NET Core and cloud-native application development.
- Experience working with Cloud Platforms, preferably GCP, or equivalent experience with Azure, AWS, or PCF.
- Hands-on experience with messaging technologies including MSMQ, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, and Kafka.
- Experience working with Aerospike or other high-performance NoSQL databases in distributed environments.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns, enterprise design principles, and development standards.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions within tight timelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
