Develop and execute the national business strategy for the Used Asset Refinancing portfolio in alignment with the organization's vision, growth objectives and profitability targets.
Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, OEMs, dealers, brokers, auction partners and channel partnerships to strengthen the used asset financing ecosystem.
Formulate and implement sales, sourcing, distribution and disbursement strategies to maximize portfolio growth while maintaining prudent credit and risk standards.
Lead the end-to-end P&L of the Used Asset Refinancing business, ensuring achievement of business targets across disbursements, yields, portfolio quality, profitability and market share.
Design and launch innovative financing products and structured solutions for used construction equipment, mining equipment, commercial vehicles and other eligible assets based on evolving market requirements.
Collaborate closely with CME Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections, Operations, Legal and Product teams to ensure seamless execution, robust underwriting practices, and efficient turnaround times.
Monitor business performance through periodic MIS reviews, identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to achieve annual business objectives.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, credit processes, compliance standards and service level agreements.
Continuously assess industry trends, competitive landscape, asset value movements and macroeconomic developments to refine business strategies and maintain market competitiveness.
Strengthen dealer and channel engagement through strategic relationship management, partnership programs and business development initiatives to enhance sourcing quality and volumes.
Ensure effective portfolio monitoring with a strong focus on asset quality, delinquency management, recoveries and risk-adjusted returns.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team by establishing clear performance objectives, conducting regular reviews and fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
Build leadership capability through succession planning, talent development, coaching and continuous learning initiatives to support sustainable business growth.
Represent the organization with key customers, OEMs, dealers, industry forums and strategic stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence and business opportunities.
