About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated NABH Accreditation Advisor to guide hospitals and healthcare institutions through the accreditation process. The role focuses exclusively on NABH standards, compliance, and quality improvement, ensuring institutions meet all requirements for certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis against NABH standards.
- Prepare and review documentation, policies, and SOPs required for accreditation.
- Train hospital staff on quality protocols, patient safety, and infection control.
- Organize and conduct mock audits to ensure readiness.
- Liaise with NABH assessors and coordinate hospital teams during the accreditation process.
- Provide ongoing advisory support for continuous quality improvement post-accreditation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in NABH accreditation consultancy (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work closely with doctors, administrators, and hospital staff.
