Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Mutual Fund Sales Manager. The role involves managing and expanding the company's mutual fund sales portfolio, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The responsibilities include identifying potential investors, providing tailored investment advice, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service. The candidate will also stay updated on market trends and collaborate with the internal team to optimize investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of min. 5 years in sales, financial products, or mutual funds
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and capital markets
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Mutual Fund Distribution or related financial qualifications is a plus
