Job Description
We are looking for a talented Multilingual AI Engineer to design, develop, and support AI applications that deliver accurate and reliable performance across multiple languages, dialects, and regional markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing multilingual AI solutions that provide measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy multilingual AI applications capable of understanding and generating content across multiple languages.
- Build and optimize NLP pipelines for multilingual text processing, language understanding, translation, and localization.
- Develop AI models that perform consistently across different languages, dialects, and regional variations.
- Create and manage multilingual datasets for training, validation, testing, and evaluation of AI models.
- Implement language-specific preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings, and feature engineering techniques.
- Fine-tune multilingual language models for enterprise use cases such as chatbots, search, document processing, and content generation.
- Integrate multilingual AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate multilingual evaluation metrics and continuously improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven business solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain multilingual AI systems for scalability, security, and production readiness.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Multilingual AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Language Models, or Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with multilingual transformer models such as mBERT, XLM-R, mT5, NLLB, BLOOM, or similar models.
- Experience with language localization, translation workflows, multilingual embeddings, and text preprocessing.
- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK.
- Experience in developing multilingual NLP applications including text classification, translation, summarization, question answering, or conversational AI.
- Familiarity with evaluation datasets, benchmarking techniques, and multilingual model evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, LangChain, vector databases, or conversational AI frameworks is an added advantage.
