We are seeking a dedicated MSP Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous availability of Managed Services Platform (MSP) applications and production systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end production support for MSP applications, ensuring uptime and system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-level issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and apply preventive measures for recurring problems.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production defects and enhancements.
- Support code deployment, environment migration, and patch upgrades.
- Automate recurring support activities for efficiency improvements.
- Create and maintain production support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in application/production support.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and system monitoring tools.
- Experience in supporting MSP or similar enterprise platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in production support roles.
- ITIL certification (preferred).
