Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MSP Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous availability of Managed Services Platform (MSP) applications and production systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end production support for MSP applications, ensuring uptime and system stability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-level issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and apply preventive measures for recurring problems.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production defects and enhancements.
  • Support code deployment, environment migration, and patch upgrades.
  • Automate recurring support activities for efficiency improvements.
  • Create and maintain production support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in application/production support.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and system monitoring tools.
  • Experience in supporting MSP or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in production support roles.
  • ITIL certification (preferred).

Salary: As per market standards (Negotiable)
