Provision, manage, and maintain systems used to deliver emergency911 servicesto customer office voice terminations.

AssignDIDsto new users.

Liaison withMasergyforPSTN related issues

Coordinate the address andvoice numberinganddialling plan, in compliance withE-164 dialing schemessuch as theNANPandIDD

Manage Trunk utilization ofSBC in Teams Admin Centre.

Trunk Certificate management, upgradation,andmonitoring.

Call queueconfigurationandmanagement.

Create, update,andmanage KB documentforservice deskanduser.

Create andModifytheAuto Attendants,Call QueuesforCall Routingrequirements.

Work withMasergyfor anyService Provider related issues on PSTN trunks

Monitoring usage ofTrunksofPSTN.

Reportingrelated toTeams Admin CenterforQuality issues.

CreateandModifytheAuto Attendants,Call QueuesforCall Routing Requirements

Monitoringusage of Trunks ofPSTN.

Reportingrelated toTeams Admin CentreforQuality issues
