- Required 4+ years experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experienced in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development with Latest MS updates
- Experienced in C# based Plugin Development, Configuration, Deployment and Debugging
- Experieed in JS, HTML development in related to D365 apps
- Experienced in .net development and Deployment
- Experienced in Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions for CRM Extension developments
- Understanding of D365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service Process
- Overall practical experience of min 2 end to end D365 implementation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing customized solutions within the MS D365 CRM environment.
- Develop and deploy custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems
- Performing configuration, customization, and integration tasks related to the system.
- Conducting testing and validation of the solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations.
- Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Should be able to handle work independently.
- Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.
