We are seeking a Management Representative (MR) to oversee, implement, and maintain the organization's quality management systems (QMS) and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between management and external auditors, ensuring all operations align with ISO standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Oversee and maintain the organization's ISO/QMS documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure quality standards are followed.
- Prepare, review, and update SOPs, manuals, and quality records.
- Conduct internal audits, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Arrange and participate in management review meetings and prepare reports.
- Ensure timely communication of quality objectives and performance to management.
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions for employees on QMS and compliance requirements.
