About the Role:
We are looking for skilled MOVE/Lean Professionals to join our automotive manufacturing team. This role focuses on implementing Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lean Implementation: Lead and facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and improve process efficiency.
Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement Lean tools and techniques.
Kaizen Events: Organize and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Training & Development: Train and mentor team members on Lean methodologies and best practices.
Metrics & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance metrics, and prepare progress reports on Lean initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to implement Lean strategies.
Change Management: Drive cultural transformation towards a Lean mindset and ensure sustained improvements.
Quality & Safety: Ensure Lean initiatives support quality standards and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operations management within the automotive industry.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean initiatives and achieving measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
