About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Consultant who can help customers choose the right motor insurance policy and assist them through the buying. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and basic knowledge of motor insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers in selecting suitable motor insurance policies.
• Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, and claim processes to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Handle policy sales and follow up with leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in motor insurance, insurance sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets.
