We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Visual Designer who can bring stories to life through engaging motion design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of animation, pacing, and visual storytelling with the ability to also create clean, eye-catching static designs when needed.
You'll be working closely with our creative team to produce motion-led content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animated videos, and reels for social media, brand films, and campaigns.
- Edit and enhance videos with dynamic visuals, transitions, typography, and sound design.
- Develop storyboards and motion concepts that align with brand and campaign objectives.
- Support in creating static graphics, thumbnails, and digital creatives for ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, copy, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across motion and static assets.
- Stay updated on latest trends in animation, editing, and visual design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or design (internships/freelance work welcome).
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (Illustrator knowledge preferred).
- Understanding of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with sound syncing, typography in motion, and compositing techniques.
- Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong visualization and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
