What you'll do

• Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content
• Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos
• Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems
• Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of professional experience in event editing, aftermovies, montages, or recap videos.
• Strong storytelling ability with an excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and music.
• Ability to create cinematic, energetic, and emotionally engaging edits.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Experience working with fast-paced, real-world footage captured in live environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
• A portfolio showcasing event films, aftermovies, highlight edits, or social-first video content.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating content for brands or digital-first campaigns.
• Understanding of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
