Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital campaigns including social media posts, display ads, email templates, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Design assets for web banners, paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and web developers to translate marketing objectives into creative solutions.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize graphics for different platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Support A/B testing by designing creative variations for ads and emails.
  • Keep up with design trends, platform guidelines, and digital best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO basics, performance metrics).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual storytelling.
