Job Description
We are hiring Motion Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Animation: Develop and create original motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video ads.
Visual Storytelling: Transform concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics and animations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all media.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to deliver cohesive multimedia content.
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation techniques, and design software to keep the content fresh and innovative.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content within deadlines.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements, and present creative ideas and concepts.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Skills:
Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to create both 2D and 3D animations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience with video editing and sound design is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
