About the role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion + Graphic Editor with 3+ years of experience to join the Digital ROI team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content — from social media creatives and ad campaigns to explainer videos and branded collateral — that drives engagement and measurable ROI for our clients.
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 3+ Years
Working days: Monday - Friday ( 5 days working )
Shift timing: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, paid ads, and client campaigns
- Design eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Display)
- Develop motion graphics, reels, and story-format content aligned to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Manage and organise the creative asset library for efficient project workflows
- Perform colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production finishing for video deliverables
- Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time
- Stay updated with design trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and/or graphic design (agency or digital marketing background preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro for video editing
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Solid understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video and graphic work
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
- Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
- Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and A/B testing visuals (nice to have)
