Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory, covering both urban and rural areas.
  • Manage and grow multiple distribution channels including Direct, Indirect, and Alternate.
  • Plan and drive productive growth at town level to ensure balanced expansion.
  • Develop and onboard channel partners in new and emerging markets.
  • Drive business in devices, activations, and recharges through distributor networks.
  • Manage key retail outlets, including modern trade and high-performing stores.
  • Ensure proper implementation and compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Monitor performance and provide training to both the team and channel partners.

Education Required

  • Graduation degree in any discipline (Post Graduation or MBA preferred).

Experience Required

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
