We are looking for a Mobile Device Management specialist to help with resolving incidents/tasks related to mobile devices, coordinating new hire provisioning orders, mobile device refreshes, and loaner devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the resolution of incidents/tasks related to mobile devices
- Coordinate the new hire provisioning orders, mobile device refreshes and loaner devices.
- Process Move/Add/Change/Disconnect (MACD) requests, plan changes and service support.
- Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices in ServiceNow and the Verizon Wireless Business web portal.
- Manage the Verizon Wireless Business account and assist in the resolution of any mobile devices with billing issues or questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 1+ years of Mobile Device Management experience
- Experience working with external vendors IE. cell phone carriers.
