Job Title: Mobile Delivery - Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new publishers while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Develop a strong understanding of various campaign models including Cost per Install (CPI), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Event (CPE), Cost Per Sale (CPS) on mobile app based.
- Must have strong bond/relationship with Chinese publishers and DSP partners and direct in-app inventories.
- Be proficient in performance marketing terminology and its application.
- Have hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) like Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Retention Rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and ROI.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned verticals and territories.
- Develop and implement strategies that support growth and capture a larger share of category spending on digital platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client KPIs are met and deliver optimal ROI for performance-driven campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Proven skills in Publisher Relationship Management and Business Development.
- Expert of publishers relations and acquisitions, Campaign Strategy, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and their impact on marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or related fields.
