We are looking for an experienced Mobile Delivery Manager who can lead campaign delivery, optimization, and client satisfaction with precision, speed, and excellence.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationships in the mobile marketing ecosystem including agencies, advertisers, and app-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and leading a team to revenue excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting for mobile and app-based campaigns across multiple channels (programmatic, OEM, affiliates, and direct publishers).
  • Ensure campaigns go live on time, run smoothly, and deliver on KPIs like installs, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Closely coordinate with internal teams Sales, Ad Ops, Programmatic, and Tech for flawless campaign activation and pacing.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues in real time and proactively resolve tracking, attribution, or integration challenges.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance data and optimize for CTR, CVR, eCPI, and ROI metrics.
  • Use analytical tools and MMP dashboards (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.) to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Suggest and implement optimization strategies, including creative testing, targeting adjustments, bid optimization, and inventory refinement.
  • Ensure client objectives and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into clear delivery strategies.
  • Conduct campaign performance reviews and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Manage post-campaign analysis and ensure billing, documentation, and closure processes are seamless.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine campaign delivery frameworks, automation, and efficiency tools.
  • Drive process improvement across the campaign lifecycle from onboarding to execution to optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability, scale volumes, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers/delivery executives in the region. Encourage collaboration and maintain a culture of accountability, precision, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 57 years of experience in mobile campaign delivery, ad operations, or performance marketing, preferably with an Ad Network, DSP, or AdTech platform.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation using Excel, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with MMP dashboards, pixel/tracking integrations, and campaign pacing management.
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering measurable results.
  • Leadership experience managing a delivery or ad ops team is preferred
