Job Title: Mobile App Developer React Native
Location: Pune
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Work with native modules when required and integrate third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and documentation following industry best practices.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Debug and fix production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high app reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 5+ years in React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of React Native frameworks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android build processes, including Xcode, Android Studio, and app store deployment.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.).
- Familiarity with mobile analytics, push notifications, and deep linking.
- Exposure to Firebase, App Center, or similar tools.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
