What We're Looking For:
- Experience:3+ years in Mobile app development, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated to Flutter.
- Architectural Mastery: A strong understanding of app architectures and best practices. You should be comfortable designing scalable architecture solely from wireframes.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of state management, including BLOCs and MVVM, as well as threading, the event loop, and robust networking practices.
- Dart Fluency: Fluent command of Dart 2.0+ and its core data structures.
- Native Knowledge (A Must!): Practical knowledge of at least one native platform (Android or iOS). Ability to develop and integrate native features/modules when needed.
- DevOps Savvy: Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and packaging release builds efficiently for all platforms.
- Problem Solver: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsyou're a pro at debugging and optimizing performance.
