We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile App Developer experienced in React Native and Android Native (Java/Kotlin) to join our growing team.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance mobile applications that power our financial technology platform, ensuring an excellent user experience and seamless integration with backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Android Studio (Java/Kotlin).
- Build reusable, maintainable, and efficient code for both Android Native and React Native modules.
- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and native libraries.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features and improvements.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and OS versions.
- Debug and resolve issues using Android Studio tools, logcat, and profilers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, app deployment, and Play Store publishing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and fintech-specific mobile trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 47 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native (including TypeScript and Redux).
- Solid knowledge of Android Native development using Java or Kotlin within Android Studio.
- Experience in bridging React Native with native Android modules.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns (MVVM, MVP), and state management.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and secure data handling.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Play Store publishing.
- Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience developing or maintaining fintech applications (e.g., digital wallets, payment gateways, or trading apps).
- Exposure to iOS Native (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards such as PCI DSS or data encryption.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
