Mixologist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mixologist located in Pune. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, assisting with drink menu development, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include mixing ingredients to create innovative drinks, managing bar inventory, and training new bar staff. The Mixologist will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage preparation
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent Mixology Skills and creativity in drink-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant certification or training in Mixology is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role at a reputable establishment is beneficial
