Knowledge of MS Excel, Macro and MS Access.
MIS Report generation & Database Management.
Analysis of monthly / weekly spends and revenue data, identifying the issues and the errors
and work with the team to solve for them.
Create and maintain daily operational dashboards to track and report.
Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data, manage email requests
Work closely with Operations for daily, weekly & monthly reports
Provide insights on existing data to internal/external stakeholders
Preparation of monthly Financial MIS (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)
Maintain reports on all assigned projects and proactively communicate with management
and clients.
Publish report on operational metrics, business analysis and publish summary to

To generate Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports in accurate & timely manner and presentation for

Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the
call to the appropriate department if needed.

Requirements and Skills:

Any Bachelor s degree.
2-year experience in customer service, front desk or other related professional area
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Previous customer handling related experience of at least an year is necessary
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Full comprehension of office management systems including MS Office and procedures
Should be result-orientated and able to work under pressure for all work done on time.
