MIS Executive

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) that support our operational and strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for various departments.
• Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for reporting needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist in the development of data management strategies.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and reporting processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in MIS or related roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with database management and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
