Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Middle School Co-Ordinator at Gangotri International School in Gondal. The Middle School Co-Ordinator will oversee and manage day-to-day academic and co-curricular activities of middle school students (Grade 6 to 8). Responsibilities include leading and mentoring educators, ensuring high standards of education, coordinating with parents and school leadership, and implementing policies and programs to support student development and discipline. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment and promoting growth and educational success for all students.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Educational Leadership to manage teams and interact with students, parents, and staff effectively
  • Expertise in Youth Development and Education to support the academic and personal growth of middle school students
  • Experience in Training and mentoring educators to ensure professional development and high teaching standards
  • Ability to create a nurturing and disciplined environment conducive to learning
  • Previous experience in educational leadership roles and familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Commitment to fostering a value-driven, student-centered educational culture
