As a creative writer you will be creating content for some of the best brands - from viral social media content, reels scripts, podcast scripts, video IPs, to writing ad films - everything! Our work already gets regularly featured in AFAQs, MOM, Marketing Mind, ET, Brand Equity and more - you need to continue that trajectory of consistent wins and cultural impact.
You will be presenting to clients and need to be both excellent at reasoning as well as manage their expectations smoothly.
You will also have a 1-2 people team reporting to you and you should be able to mentor them and help them plan their daily tasks.
KRA
- Campaigns - think Ideas & execution - Conceptualise cross-media campaigns - ideas across social, billboards, print - that solve business problems, deliver on brand mission.
- Social - Develop social calendar, think ideas, write for memes, captions, reels & video content
- Direct shoots - Direct BAU and campaign shoots
- Branding - Develop brand tone of voice, brand manifesto, packaging, brand naming to bio. Needs to be very talented writing at par with global brands.
- Video - Think film ideas, write scripts, coordinate with production team, and manage on-set direction, guide video editing team for final delivery.
- Creative operations - You should be able to manage full delivery on campaigns or social media calendar - from briefing creators on reel content, to discussing content ideas with clients, reworking feedback.
- Creative detailing & execution - you should be expertly able to break down top-level campaign ideas into detailed creatives across various channels - from social to digital films.
- Drive account KPIs - from link-clicks to site/app to engagement and reach
- Develop SOPS - Planning & implementing project checklist per client - to ensure error-free, timely deliveries - timelines, interdependencies between teams & client
- No baggage - be extremely open minded, flexible and intuitive about cracking new content formats, new ways of creative operations and explore new definitions of being a writer today
- Content creator - double up as content creator - creatively directing to featuring yourself in reels
- Oversee creative team reporting to you - mentoring them, breaking tasks down for them, time mapping, closure of tasks assgned to them.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Delhi NCR. You will be required to work from office, be present on shoot locations, creatively direct shoots.
