We have a number of openings in our technical team focusing on mobile and web development to be part of our technology leadership team. As a part of this expansion, we are looking for a Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team.

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for,

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Build low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guide
• Creating systems and workflows for the team
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Understanding and managing design systems
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Advise and work closely with designers to determine the best controls and inputs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Train new designers joining the team and ensure the highest level of design practices

To be successful in this role, you must have,

• 3+ years of work experience in relevant fields of UI UX Design
• Strong understanding of Human-Computer interaction
• Hands-on experience working with tools/platforms like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc.
• Strong in Interaction design and Visual design for desktop and mobile
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in end-to-end design process
• Should have experience in user research and usability testing and holds a strong knowledge of user research methodologies
• Architect user interaction solutions based on sound usability principles, research, and technical feasibility
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Strong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and solve complicated use cases
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Proven thought leader & trusted advisor.

It would be nice if you have any extra skills such as,

• Knowledge and experience in Cinema4D, and 3D design will be a plus

Compensation Package: 3-7 LPA
