In this role, you'll work closely with FurrCrew, a fast-growing pet-care brand under BVUR Innovations and take the lead on creating visual assets, brand identity elements, packaging, digital creatives, and other design materials that shape how the brand looks and feels.

Role Profile Graphic Designer
Job Location Pune, India
Minimum Required Experience 2 years
You'll Responsible for:
- Work on brand identity, visual identity, packaging, and print design projects
- Create digital assets for campaigns, websites, and marketing materials
- Develop UI/UX layouts in Figma and hand off clean files
- Execute branding projects end-to-end and manage timelines
- Produce motion or animated assets (preferred, not mandatory)
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Present work clearly to internal teams
Skills & Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in graphic designing
- Strong portfolio with branding and consumer/D2C work
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma & Webflow.
- Experience with packaging and print production
- Clean design aesthetic and strong visual judgment
- Has led or independently handled design projects
- Experience designing for conversion and trust (landing pages, ad creatives, etc.)
- Skilled in email marketing tools such as MailChimp
Preferred:
- Motion graphics (kinetic type, animation)
- Experience with a known mid-level FMCG or D2C brand
