Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions that support business processes for healthcare and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop MS Dynamics 365 CRM components (plugins, workflows, integrations).
Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
Integrate CRM with external systems using APIs and web services.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather and refine requirements.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment.
Skills Required
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure integrations.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of CRM security model and data migration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS).
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or public sector domain preferred.
