Job Description

  • Manage the functional aspects of the team, including hiring, competency building, training, setting SMART goals, ACE check-ins, providing regular feedback, performance management, development planning, career coaching, budget planning & tracking.
  • Handle team working closely with PDO Organization, Project Management, Regulatory, Quality, and other cross-functions on Renal Care Projects related to product design change and new product registration.
  • Identify necessary resources and build appropriate teams to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and document product-related changes in accordance with established Renal Care product processes and stay aligned with QMS.
  • Identify outsourcing partners for product development and lifecycle management activities as needed.
  • Establish a culture of innovation within the team and create, maintain, and update technical & design documentation according to Good Documentation Practices.

Job Requirements

  • Postgraduate in Polymer Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering domain with 15 years of experience in polymer material development and design, including technical leadership.
  • Prior experience in the Renal container's domain is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in medical device and/or drug R&D.
  • Possess good knowledge of Renal PD therapies and products, as well as product development stages and life cycle management.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Design Control documentation and processes, along with working knowledge of international/regional/national regulations and standards.
