Key Requirement for the Position
1.Branches are headed by Branch Manager so he/ she is responsible for overall supervision of the Branch.
2.Branch manager on daily basis will go on routine rounds independently and cover minimum of 3-5 surprise center meeting (All 1st installment meeting are mandatory to attend by Branch Manager) so as to ensure that the Relationship officer arrives on time and fully complies with the center meeting process.
3.Branch Manager should do Random/Surprise verification by visiting RO CPV (contact point verification) CGT ( Continuous group training) workshops and center collection meeting to ensure policies being followed meticulously.
4.He/ She should conduct GRT (Group recognition test) on field and disburse the loan at the branch.
5.Branch Manager will supervise 5 relationship officers and provide training to branch members whenever required.
6.He /she would be responsible for the Business of the entire branch.
7.Branch Manager is required to continuously monitor the Relationship officers work to develop and maintain a healthy loan portfolio and relationships.
8.On weekly basis the Branch Manager should distribute the collection due sheet to respective Relationship officers.
9.He/she would be responsible to make collection of the daily Repayment in defined time line. 10.Other skills required Good communication skills, Leadership skills.
1.Branch manager is responsible for administration and efficient daily operation at branch.
2.Responsible for attaining established branch goals through active participation in sales management.
