Key Requirement for the Position
Job Description
Achieve the Branch Monthly target
Ensure that all the center meetings will be closed with 100 percent collection
Ensure that the branch achieves Cross selling targets of other products to the eligible customers - As & when applicable
Ensure that the RO collects the due amount as per the schedule and handover the same to AO before banking hours as per the process
Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt and quality service to the customers
Being transparent with the customers in explaining the product, policies, repayment schedule, insurance, processing fees and other product related information, educating them about the benefits of making ontime payments and demonstrate high level of integrity as per the code of conducts of Suryoday.
Cross-verify with the customers, if any Relationship Officer has asked for the commission against the loan disbursement
100% compliance to feed the new member details in BR.net correctly, without leaving any columns blank
Dormant center's should not be reflected in the pipeline for more than 5 days
Conduct Surprise Center Visits (minimum 3/day) and update it in the system
Visit all first centre meeting
Ensure that the Relationship Officer conducts ROCPV (Center Point verififcation) & the Center Group Trainings (CGT) for all members as per the process
Conduct Group Recognition Test (GRT) of all members as per the process
Handing over the loan file and passbooks to the Customers Issuing Payments receipts to OD customers & other payments done at the branch
Supervise the branch and ensure all employees are adhering to the processes and policies of Suryoday and the operational activities are completed as per the guidelines provided in the Branch Manual Perform EOD functions and report to Supervisor
Interview, Screen and Recruit Team as per the requirementNurture the talents & ensure that all the branch employees attend trainings as per the schedule from time to time Conducting the Monthly Performance Review of all the branch employees Reduce / keep the attrition rate of the branch in within acceptable limit
Conducting weekly review meetings and sharing the minutes of the meeting with the Area Manager (0 dormant centers)
Supervise the branch and ensure all employees are adhering to the processes and policies of Suryoday and the operational activities are completed as per the guidelines provided in the Branch Manual Perform EOD functions and report to Supervisor

Nurture the talents & ensure that all the branch employees attend trainings as per the schedule from time to time
