We are looking for an experienced
Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise low-code platform. This role will be responsible for shaping the product vision, prioritizing capabilities, and driving the platform's evolution into a scalable, configurable, and enterprise-ready application development ecosystem.
The Product Manager will work closely with architects, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define platform capabilities such as form builders, workflow orchestration, rules engines, integrations, AI-assisted app building, and governance models.
This is a strategic product role requiring strong platform thinking, enterprise workflow understanding, and deep appreciation for how citizen developers and enterprise teams build applications.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the product vision, positioning, and long-term roadmap for the low-code platform.
- Establish platform differentiation against market leaders such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, and Microsoft.
- Identify market opportunities and enterprise use cases.
- Define product strategy for multiple verticals (higher education, enterprise operations, approvals, digital transformation).
Platform Capability Definition
Own And Prioritize Platform Modules Including
- Dynamic form builder
- Workflow engine
- Rules engine
- Approval engine
- Integration connectors
- Notification engine
- Document generation
- Role-based security
- Multi-tenancy
- Analytics and reporting
- AI-assisted app generation
Translate Business Requirements Into Platform Abstractions And Reusable Capabilities.
Roadmap & Prioritization
- Build and manage product roadmap.
- Prioritize platform capabilities based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Define release planning.
- Balance foundational architecture with feature delivery.
- Manage backlog across platform modules.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with enterprise customers to understand business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify reusable product patterns.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to convert custom implementations into reusable platform capabilities.
Product Discovery & Validation
- Conduct user research with citizen developers, administrators, and enterprise teams.
- Validate usability of app builders, workflow designers, and rule builders.
- Identify friction in app-building journeys.
- Define metrics for adoption and success.
Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with:
