Role: MERN Stack Developer

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript (preferred).
- Experience in developing responsive web designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Firebase).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
