Experience: 2 to 3 years (Apparel Industry Only)
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end product development processes, including concept ideation, design coordination, fabric sourcing, sample development, and bulk production management.
- Work closely with factories, job workers, and suppliers to ensure timely development of samples and production schedules.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with production teams to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain timeline discipline.
- Oversee garment quality across all stages sampling, fit approvals, pre-production, and final inspection, ensuring adherence to brand standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, and merchandising to translate creative ideas into commercially viable products.
- Ensure effective vendor communication, negotiate sampling and bulk costs where applicable, and maintain healthy professional relationships.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in apparel product development, preferably in kids casual wear and woven garments.
- Thorough understanding of fabric types, trims, fits, and garment construction techniques.
- Structured project management approach with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver within deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and solution-driven mindset with a passion for quality and innovation.
