The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing product assortments to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with suppliers, and creating attractive product displays.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to recommend product assortments.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
  • Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in merchandising or retail management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
