Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Gurgaon. The Merchandiser will oversee product sourcing and coordinate between factories, brands, and buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production timelines, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves nurturing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with an understanding of merchandising strategies.
- Familiarity with Marketing concepts and practices to support product positioning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of apparel production processes is a plus.
