Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) located in Bengaluru. The MEP QS will be responsible for managing the costs related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with contractors and engineers. The role also involves conducting site inspections, preparing cost reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost management, budgeting, and cost estimation in MEP projects
• Proficiency in preparing cost reports and analyzing project specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and legal regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
