We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across multiple projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, site execution capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage MEP execution for Retail, Commercial, Warehouses, Data Centres, Offices, Logistics Parks, Industrial, Hospitality, and Fit-Out projects.

● Oversee complete MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and systems.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

● Manage project timelines, manpower, contractors, vendors, and site activities effectively.

● Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

● Review and monitor BOQs, material planning, procurement activities, and billing processes.

● Handle project planning, progress tracking, site meetings, DPR/WPR/MPR reporting, and documentation. ● Identify and resolve technical/site issues to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.

● Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and vendor billing.

● Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely project handover.

● Be open to Pan-India travel based on project requirements.

Key Requirements:

● 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution and management.

● Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.

● Experience in handling large-scale commercial, retail, industrial, warehouse, hospitality, or data centre projects.

● Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, procurement, vendor management, and site coordination. ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and project documentation.

● Excellent leadership, communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines. Preferred Candidate Profile

● Candidates with experience in Fit-Out and Turnkey projects will be preferred.

● Strong exposure to client coordination and team handling.

● Willingness to travel and manage projects across India.
