Candidate should have knowledge of Schematic diagram for piping, ducting & plumbing works.
Preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO) for the entire building related to MEP works.
Ability to read and extract necessary details for preparation of detailed drawings, layouts, plans, sections, etc. in AutoCAD. Also, to ensure error free preparation of drawings strictly as per specifications and within provided timelines
Ability to understand the Architectural/Civil/E&I drawings for clash free co-ordination
Validation of suppliers technical specifications & drawings.
